Q: What are the different user groups for the Round 2 Airdrop?

A: There are three user groups:

  • Loyal Stakers: Received Round 1 Airdrop and have not unstaked below the Round 1 Airdrop amount.
  • Prodigal Stakers: Received Round 1 Airdrop but unstaked below the Round 1 Airdrop amount after TGE.
  • New Stakers: Did not receive Round 1 Airdrop, including new Moca ID users or those who did not meet the Round 1 RP threshold.

Q: If I’m a Loyal Staker, what do I need to do to qualify for the Round 2 Airdrop?

A: As a Loyal Staker, you must keep 100% or more of your Round 1 Airdrop staked until the Round 2 Airdrop. By doing so, you’ll receive an allocation multiplier for Round 2.

Q: If I’m a Prodigal Staker, what must I do to qualify for the Round 2 Airdrop?

A: To qualify, you must restake and maintain a staking balance of at least 130% of your Round 1 Airdrop by September 26th 10 PM UTC. Use the wallet that received your Round 1 Airdrop to restake. For example, if wallet 0x…123 received 100 $MOCA for the Moca ID 123.moca, ensure that wallet 0x…123 has a staking balance of at least 130 $MOCA before the deadline and do not unstake before Round 2.

Note:

  • Failing to meet this requirement will cause you to lose eligibility for Round 2 and 100% of your Round 1 RP, but you will still retain your reputation.
  • The wallet you have registered to receive your Round 1 Airdrop will be used for your Round 2 Airdrop as well, as communicated during the Round 1 Airdrop.

Q: If I’m a New Staker, what must I do to qualify for the Round 2 Airdrop?

A: New stakers will have a separate, low amount of individual staking requirement. Specific details will be announced closer to the Round 2 Airdrop.

Q: I’ve met the staking requirements for my group. Does that mean I’m getting an Airdrop?

A: Meeting the staking requirements is just one part of qualifying for Round 2. All users must also meet the RP threshold for Round 2. The RP threshold for Round 2 will be announced closer to the Round 2 Airdrop.

  • Loyal Stakers: 100% of your Round 1 RP is retained, allowing you to continue growing your balance.
  • Prodigal Stakers: After restaking before the cutoff, you can recoup 60% of your Round 1 RP (RP earned before July 3rd, 4 AM UTC, i.e. the Snapshot date & time for Round 1 Airdrop). RP adjustments will be made on the Mocaverse site after the cutoff.
  • New Stakers: New missions will be introduced before Round 2, giving everyone a chance at the Airdrop. Participate in missions and tournaments to maximize your RP earnings and increase your Airdrop chances. New stakers will not have their Round 1 RP deducted.

Q: What do I get for being a Loyal Staker?

A: Loyal Stakers benefit from an exclusive multiplier for Round 2 — the Loyalty Multiplier, provided they meet the RP threshold. This multiplier is not available to other Staker types.

Q: Is there a benefit to completing Proof of Moca?

A: Yes, completing Proof of Moca before the Round 2 snapshot unlocks a multiplier on your Round 2 Airdrop amount — the Reputation Multiplier. The Reputation Multiplier is available to all users.

Q: How can I maximize my chances of receiving the Airdrop or increase my chances of receiving a larger amount?

A: Similar to Round 1, users who meet the RP threshold will be assigned to tiers based on their RP balance. The more missions and tournaments you participate in, the more RP you earn, increasing your chances of achieving a higher tier.

In addition to RP, there are two multipliers: the Loyalty Multiplier and the Reputation Multiplier. Please note that the Multipliers apply to the final eligible $MOCA allocation, not the RP. Keep an eye out for related missions and details to boost your chances.

Q: What happens if I unstake after qualifying for Round 2?

A: Unstaking below the required amount after the staking cutoff will disqualify you from the Round 2 Airdrop. Double-check your staking balance before unstaking any amount.

Q: Is there a deadline for staking?

A: Yes:

  • Loyal Stakers: You do not need to stake additional $MOCA, but remember to maintain your Round 1 Airdrop.
  • Prodigal Stakers: The restaking deadline is September 26th, 10 AM UTC.
  • New Stakers: Details, including the staking deadline, will be announced closer to the Round 2 Airdrop.
